Whether managing rentals on the coast is a full time job or for a single unit you own, this page contains products to help with organization. Every binder, sign, postcard, stationery and other items contain easy to use templates for your text needs. Select products also have photo templates. Beach House Rental Binders

Avery three-ring binders come in three spine widths: 1, 1.5, and 2 inches. Large size binders measure 10 x 11.75 inches, and the smaller, Mini Binder size is 7.5 x 9.25 and is meant to hold 5×8 paper size. (Due to shelter-in-place the mini size is not currently available.) The binders have inside pockets, in either white or black, but do not come with any pages.
